Confirm Time of the Event

I work in the studio and discuss with my friend about when the event should be organized. Shamel3ss (the owner) said the studio is available in 10 April. Therefore, I confirmed the place of my event will be held on Kwun Tong ,06pm-08pm, 4 April. 06pm -08pm is the time because it is a pandemic situation and the owner do not want the event to hold too long and also he will work overnight that night and need to leave some time to settle down after the event.
